Whitey's Tire Service

Showed up 5:20pm to get a nail out of a tire and plugged, manger comes out at 5:30, says no, he wants to go home 😂. Right, my saftey doesn't matter? I get if I showed up at 5:50. (They close at 6pm). Also, what's up with this place and not balancing tires correctly? You spend all that money on tires + tips, thinking you're all set, and you head onto the highway and your ride quality and steering feedback is worse than when you went in.

So I have 2 completely different experiences here. It all depends on the boss man dictating prices there. I took my Mercedes in for a busted tire, they gave me a price cheaper than tirerack.com with the installation. GREAT!! Done deal, loved the place. A few months later took my Lexus in, I wanted 2 new tires same type… the boss man there quoted me each tire over $100 more than tirerack.com. So that would be $200 more than buying online. I said, ok if you can’t match the price I’ll buy them online and bring them in. His response was go buy them online and I’ll charge you $200 to put them on… what? I just said ok and left. Basically this guy was upset I didn’t want to over pay on the exact same tires. In a way saying to me…. Don’t come back… that’s fine. I guess you guys do so well anyway.

Fantastic experience. They were the only ones that had the large 24 in tires I needed in stock. They handled all the insurance paperwork work while the tire was being replaced. All I had to do was sign. Was in and out in less than 30 min.

Came in today at opening time to install 4 tires I had ordered from Tire Rack. Probably the easiest, fastest car related experience I've ever had. In and out the door within 30 minutes. Will definitely be back in the future.

Whitey’s Tire Shop was quite the experience; I wanted Vogue Tires for my SUV, but I questioned whether I should buy them there.. Imagine my surprise when I got there, and the owner has the same suv as mine with Vogue Tires on it! I knew that I was in the right place and I got a really nice deal on 4 Vogue tires and 4 Dub rims! My suv looks absolutely stunning now and I have to contribute this look to Whitey’s Tire Shop! They did an outstanding job!
